Shipping Destinations & Rates
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.

Canada: We offer a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $15.99 CAD for all orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

United States: We use Carrier Calculated Shipping. Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your destination.
International Orders & Customs (USA)
For our customers in the United States, we utilize Shopify Markets to facilitate shipping. While this service supports prepaid duties to streamline the import process, please note the following:

Processing & Transit Times

Damaged Items
Each piece is packed with extensive padding to withstand the rigors of transit. In the unlikely event that your pottery arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Email Address] with photos of the damaged item and the original packaging so we can resolve the issue for you.
